These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 59 Jili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 59 Jili online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 59 Jili website at 59-jili.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 59 Jili.

To register and use the 59 Jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling and casino-style games.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 59 Jili or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the 59 Jili platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 59 Jili platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, 59 Jili may require you to submit supporting documents to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify 59 Jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 59 Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

59 Jili reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 59 Jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to your account balance.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 59 Jili reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 59 Jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

59 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 59 Jili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed the required verification steps.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• 59 Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of 59 Jili shall be final and binding.

All games available on the 59 Jili platform — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 59 Jili games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. 59 Jili does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 59 Jili will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• For sports betting, all bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform, including rules regarding void bets, postponed events, and in-play betting.
• 59 Jili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other error on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 59 Jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 59 Jili staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction measures.

59 Jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

In summary, 59 Jili collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Processing financial transactions and complying with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Complying with applicable Philippine laws and regulatory requirements.

All data transmissions between your device and the 59 Jili platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 59 Jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 59 Jili trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 59 Jili's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 59 Jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or promotional information.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 59 Jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination by You: You may close your 59 Jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination by 59 Jili: 59 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe that you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct), 59 Jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. In all other cases of termination by 59 Jili, your remaining balance will be returned to you subject to verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between you and 59 Jili, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication.

• All disputes must be submitted to 59 Jili in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
• 59 Jili will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within thirty (30) business days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The decision of 59 Jili on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

59 Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
